About HSMO
Human Server Multipurpose Organization (HSMO) is a grassroots non-profit established in 2020 with a vision to create inclusive, empowered and socially responsible communities.
We work at the grassroots level across underserved and vulnerable populations through impactful initiatives in education, healthcare, women empowerment, youth development, livelihood and community welfare.
Our focus is on creating sustainable social change through community participation, awareness programs, skill-building initiatives and development-focused partnerships. Since inception, we have actively worked with children, women, youth, tribal communities and marginalized families.

A Passion for People,
Driven by Purpose
A passionate social worker and sports enthusiast, Rupali Waghunde began her social journey as a volunteer in 2011 with various organizations. A state, national and All India level player in Ball Badminton and Kabaddi, she brings discipline, leadership and commitment to every initiative.
She holds an MSW from the University of Mumbai and a B.Ed. degree. With experience in NGO documentation, compliance and fundraising, she founded HSMO in 2021 with the aim of holistic growth and development of tribal children in health and education.
